For sale is this holiday cottage, which is located close to the ski lift in Hochkrimml. The Zillertal Arena with the skiing areas of Königsleiten - Gerlos - Zell am Ziller and Hochkrimml is literally at your feet. With an altitude of 1600m above sealevel you can surely enjoy winter here. The cross country skiing track is also just a few minutes walk.

In summer, the sunny hills of Hochkrimml offer a wonderful walkingarea with plenty of possibilities. There are also good facilities for mountainbiking. There is also an artificial lake which is popular for swimming, surfing, sailing and water cycling. Of course the famous waterfalls of Krimml are not to be forgotten. Other sports as mounain climbing and canyoning are popular sports in the region.

This holiday cottage was built in 1978 and is located at a quiet and sunny location. The property is facing south west which makes it possible to enjoy both the sun and the wunderfull views. The house is momemtarily divided into 2 apartments but if you prefer to use is as one that is also possible. The roof of the cottage has been renewed. Heating is electrical and there is an authentic Austrian stove in the upstairs apartment spreading comfortable radiant heat. The use of wood gives the house an Alpine touch stressed by the elevated roof with visible roof construction.

The current owners rent out the cottage to tourists. There is no obligation to do this. You are also allowed to use the property for your own holidays as the house has a second residence permit. In case you prefer to buy as an investment you are allowed to rent it out.
