Less than an hours drive from the historic city of Salzburg and nestled among the impressing Hochkönig mountains is the traditional Austrian village of Dienten. This charming traditional village is one of the most scenic in Salzburgerland and offers a truly authentic Austrian experience. There is no need for a car as all the shops, restaurants and ski lifts can easily be reached on foot. Dienten is situated in the beautiful Hochkönig valley, that benefits from one of the highest snow- falls in Austria. It is also part of the Ski Amade – Austria’s largest ski area.

Situated right in the middle of the town, at 50m from the ski lift this exclusive development of just 14 ski-in ski-out apartments on an altitude of 1071 m will be build. The apartments range from 74 - 106sqm and all have a balcony with partly spectacular views of the jagged peaks of the surrounding Hochkonig mountains. The building will be constructed in a traditional alpine style to blend into the surrounding area. High quality materials are used building the apartments: artificial window fences with isolating glass, an elevator in the building, use of wood and stone at the outside, etc. All apartments come with under floor heating, which is connected to the town heating. This system is based on burning waste wood at a central location in town and the warmth is spread to the connected properties. It is a very efficient way and provides low energy costs. The apartments also have fully fitted kitchens and bathrooms. All apartments come with their own private ski locker and underground parking lot. Furthermore there is a common washing room and ski and bicycle storage.
