This hotel with 78 beds is for sale. It is located in a winter and summer destination. From the hotel, it only takes 5 minutes to get to the ski areas of Zell am See and Kaprun. Shops, bars, restaurants, schools, banks, etc. are all within a few minutes drive. This region is one of the most famous tourist areas of Austria in which activities are offered for everybody. Besides the ski area of Zell am See and Kaprun other ski areas area also within reach. Other winter sports in the direct environment are cross country skiing, winter hiking, tobogann sledging and touren skiing. If your guests decide not to go skiing for a day, they can definitely enjoy themselves in the surroundings of the hotel.

In summer, the region is just as attractive. The National Parc High Tauern Mountains offers plenty of walking tracks, cycling paths and MTB routes. There are golf courses in Zell am See and in Mittersill, there is a thermal spa in Kaprun and there are several swimming lakes in the area. Other villages and touristical attractions such as the Krimmler Waterfalls are within reach.

The hotel was built in 1974 and has been well kept since. The guest rooms at the first and the second floor were renovated in 2000 and those at the third floor in 2006. The property is spacious and offers many facilities to its guests: there is a spa with finnish sauna, herbal sauna, infrared cabine and a massage room. There is a playground for the children. Of course there is an a la carte restaurant and for relaxation you can either visit the bar of the bar in the basement of the hotel. The lift in the hotel brings you up to the third floor.

The guest rooms are divided into single, double and family rooms. Almost all rooms have a balcony. Each rooms does have its own bathroom with shower or tub.
