For families the local ski area offers good conditions and for more advanced skiers there are 2 ski areas within 10-15min driving: Dachstein West and Ski Amade.

This apartmenthouse is also a great summer destination for the many activities around town. There are good hiking and biking routes and a natural swimming lake is at walking distance of the property. The tobogan run is also open in summer and in town you will find some nice restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Due to its location near the A10 Motorway many tourist attractions are to be reached within 30min driving and Salzburg and its airport is only 45min.

The house was built in 1973 and in 2014 extended by a breakfast room. In the 90´s the roof and the window fences were renewed and in 2013 a pellets heating system was installed. Furthermore the entire electricity was renewed. The house provides 3 floors with an apartment with balcony or terrace each. From here you will enjoy the summer sun and the great alpine views into the surrounding mountains. At the moment the owners live in one of the apartments, the other 2 and the guests rooms are being rented out. It is also allowed to rent out the entire house to guests, please ask us for details.
