Chalet Wald im Pinzgau Salzburg Austria

Now for sale this beautiful chalet, built in 2002 and located in the friendly village of Wald im Pinzgau. The well-known ski area, Zillertal Arena (Hochkrimml - Königleiten - Gerlos - Zell am Ziller) can be reached both by car and by ski bus in about 15min. The family ski area, Wildkogel Arena (Neukirchen - Bramberg) can be reached in about 5min. In addition, the renowned ski area the Kitzbühel Alps can also be reached within 15 minutes. The area is also excellent for cross-country skiing, winter hiking, tobogganing and other winter entertainment. Apres ski can be enjoyed right on the slopes in Königsleiten or in one of Wald's cosy restaurants or cafés.

In summer, this area on the edge of the High Tauern National Park is great for all outdoor sports such as hiking, cycling and MTB. A trip to the Krimmler Waterfalls is also a good possibility, these are located about 5km from Wald. Wald has its own swimming pool with outdoor pool and sauna. Built in 2002, this lovely chalet has beautiful mountain views and a sunny south-facing location. Between Neukirchen and Wald you will find a challenging climbing park for young and old. In Bramberg you can descend from the mountain station to the middle station with the Mountaincart and in Neukirchen you will find the "Rutschenweg" a beautiful walk from the middle station with all kinds of slides from easy - to very spectacular level!

This typical Austrian property has plenty of space and features a cosy kachelofen. Here you can warm up after a day outdoors. The high, wooden ceiling emphasises the Austrian alpine atmosphere; you will quickly feel at home here. By the way, the kitchen was renewed in 2023 and equipped with a natural stone top and is of course fully equipped for delicious cooking. The living room and kitchen are located on the top floor so you can fully enjoy the view. From the living room, you have access to a spacious balcony. On the ground floor is a lovely south-west-facing terrace where you can enjoy the sun and the beautiful mountain views.  In total, there are no less than 4 bedrooms which are decorated in Austrian style and have beautiful wooden floors. The holiday home has 2 bathrooms, one of which was recently renovated. The chalet is offered for sale including the complete furnishings. There are also 2 parking spaces located under the carport so you never have to clear snow before departure. The chalet is fully equipped: of course there is also a ski boot heater! The chalet is heated by electric underfloor heating.
