Being interested in Austrian real estate and having a sixth sense for negotiating between people, Karin has founded Alpreal in 2005.

In 2016 she successfully passed the Austrian real estate agent exam which makes her one of the few foreign people qualified for being an estate agent in Austria. To Karin, it is very important to be able to inform you on the legal and financial aspects on buying your holiday apartment or chalet.

From 2004 to 2009 Karin used to live in the Alps that still feel as her second home! She now has an apartmenthouse in Mauterndorf from where she loves working. In her free time, she enjoys everything the Austrian mountains have to offer: long walks, hikes, cross country skiing, etc.

Ajo founded Alpreal together with Karin. He is the person organizing everything behind the scenes of Alpreal.

Just before their emigration to Austria, he succeeded to get the necessary papers for running a hotel business. He also runs the renting out of their own apartments and therefore knows what it is like to invest in Austrian real estate.

He likes biking and hiking in his free time. In Austria he happens to discover new trails to mountain lakes, gorgeous waterfalls and idyllic mountain cabins again and again.

Monique is the first person for you to contact. She is a real people person. She has a financial background and knows everything about the different ski areas. It is like a sport to her to find the matching property for you.

She also rents out her own apartments in Austria. She is able to tell you all about how it is to have your own investment in the Austrian Alps.

Monique really likes to go skiing, rafting and mountain biking in the Austrian mountains. Working from her second home feels like holidays to her!
