On the outskirts of Niedernsill to be exact: a small Austrian town amidst the National park the Hohe Tauern, just between Zell am See and Mittersill. Therefor skiing areas like Kaprun - Zell am See (10 min.) and Kitzbühel (ca. 20 min.) are within reach. Besides this region is perfect for cross country skiing or a nice winterwalk.

Also in summer such a mountain trip is an option. On foot, on your bike or even by horse. And what about a round of golf? Possible in the adjacent Zell am See as well as Mittersill. The town of Niedernsill may not be big, it still is easy to reach with public transport and also has everything for your daily groceries: a supermarket, a bakery, a pharmacy and even a few restaurants where you can enjoy dinner.

On a quiet location, next to a babbling brook, amidst nature we will find these charming chalets built in 2010. Characterized by the frequent use of natural materials (mainly wood) and an open structure which often connects the various rooms. Basically a great place where you can relax for sure, for example in front of the wood stove! But also on the spacious, covered terraces towards the south or the west it is pleasant staying, thanks to the stunning view on the surrounding mountains.

Besides these lodges are provided with all comforts: internet, TV, radio and also both of the kitchens are fully equipped with a kitchenette which contains 4 electric hotplates, a refridgerator with freezer, a stove, a microwave, a dishwasher, a senseo coffeemaker and a filter coffeemachine and a kettle. On top of that the touristic rent out of both of the houses is completely organized and there even is a possibility to create a third one (ca. 35 m2) for 2 - 4 persons.

These wood log houses are suitable for renting out to guests. You can either organise this yourself or have a rental organisation that organises everything for you so that you have nothing to worry about.
