For sale is this property that is located on a large plot near Predlitz and the ski area Türracher Höhe. For your daily shopping there are a supermarket and some restaurants in Predlitz. The house itself is located outside the village, it offers wide views into the surrounding mountains. To the nearest ski area it is about 10min by car. The Türracher Höhe is very snow certain: you can ski here until the 1st of May. To the ski areas of Katschberg and Kreischberg it takes you approx 20min drive. Furthermore the region is well known for its ski touring facilities and you there are cross country skiing tracks as well.

In summer the ski lifts are also open to bring you into the wunderful mountains of this region. You can of course also go into the mountains by yourself to enjoy the stunning views all the way into Italy. One of the nicest and most special tours of Austria is the Nockalm Strasse and located at your doorstep. The lakes of Carinthia are only 45min drive from the house. This makes it possible to go out for a day at the beach as well. Italy is approx 2 hours drive, with 3 hours you are at the adriatic coast!

The house was built in 1960. In 2016 both floors have been renovated and the window fences have been replaced. The property is being heated with electrical heaters and with the austrian stove. For water the house is connected to a source. The plot is very large. There is a stable directly next to the house which can be used for other activities and there is a wood shed on the plot.

Special is that it is possible to use this house only for holiday visits. It is not necessary to rent it out to guest, but if you would like to do so you are permitted to. You are free to use the house the way you prefer.
