In summer, the sunny hills of Hochkrimml offer a wonderful walkingarea with plenty of possibilities. There are also good facilities for mountainbiking. There is also an artificial lake which is popular for swimming, surfing, sailing and water cycling. Of course the famous waterfalls of Krimml are not to be forgotten. Other sports as mounain climbing and canyoning are popular sports in the region.

This holiday cottage was built in 1973 and is located at a quiet and sunny location. From the garden or from the large balcony you will enjoy the fantastic views on the surrounding mountains. The austrian style is being emphasized by the wooden interior of the property. The high ceiling in the living room makes it very spacious and the fire place gives the room cosyness and warmth. There is also a galery in the living room. On the lower floor of the chalet you will find a traditional bar where you can relax and enjoy a drink with friends or family after a day skiing or walking. Of course it would also be possible to turn this room into 1 or 2 extra bedrooms or a sauna. The house is being heated with oil. The garden has high trees at the sides providing a lot of privacy. There are 2 parking lots belonging to the property.
