Traditional austrian chalet at walking distance of the town centre of Hollersbach now for sale. Despite the short distance to the town centre the location is quiet. Hollersbach is a traditional austrian village with some restaurants, bars and shops which are also at walking distance. The gondola into the well known Kitzbühel skiing area is at a very short distance of the village. Here you will find more than 170km of slopes, not only for skiing but also fun for snowboarding. In the valley there are many cross country skiing tracks and walking paths. Other skiing areas nearby are the Wildkogel Arena in Neukirchen or the skiing areas of Kaprun and Zell am See.

Hollersbach is an attractive holiday destination in summer as well. Of course there are perfect conditions for outdoor activities such as walking, cycling and mountainbiking. Furthermore, you can go paragliding, rafting or climbing. If you like to play golf, the nearest golf course is in Mittersill which is only a few minutes driving. Zell am See and Kaprun have another golf course. Hollersbach itself has a nice swimming lake for lazy summer days. Other attractive spots are the famous waterfalls of Krimml or the glacier in Kaprun.

This detached house with 2 apartments was built in 1966 and has an austrian look and feel. The property is in good condition as a lot of renovations were done the last few years. In 2016 the window fences were renewed and a new kitchen was put in place at the first floor. The bathroom was also renewed at the first floor. In 2011 the roof was renewed, the heating installation was renewed and a new boiler was put in place. The house is being heated through an oil central heating system.
