Annenheim has a direct connection to the skiing area of Gerlitzen. The ski lift is only 150m from the apartments and will bring you to a height of 1900m above sea level. There are 40km slopes, for both beginners and more advanced skiers. The Ossiachersee offers a great scenery for winter walks, both along the lake as up on the mountain.

You will enjoy great views on the Ossiachersee directly from your apartment or from the balcony. You will also see the old ruins of the Landskron and the Karawanken, the mountains that are the border between Austria and Italy and Slovenia.

A private beach area belongs to the apartment. This means that you also have a private bathing area directly next to the water of Ossiachersee that is only available for you, your guests and other owners of the apartments.

28 Luxurious apartments will be build, divided over 4 floors. The size of the 3-room apartments varies from 69sqm to 85sqm living surface. The apartments will be build out of high quality materials. The apartments will have aluminium window fences with 3 double isolating glass, underfloor heating, wooden parquet floors and high quality sanitary. The apartments are handed over including sanitary, painted walls, parquet floorings, high quality tiles and sawn gardens on the ground floor. All windows have roller shutters and are large so that the living room is nice and bright. There is a lift in the building. From the large balconies you will enjoy the stunning views onto the Ossiacher Lake and the mountains behind it, including the Karawanken.

There is a storage for bikes in the building, so is a laundry room. Furthermore, each apartment has its own cellar compartment. You can choose from a parking lot in the underground garage (16,900 euro nett) or a roofed parking lot outside (8,100euro nett).
