This bed and breakfast is for sale and is only a few minutes away from the town centre of a popular ski destination in the Austrian Alps. As there are also many tourist and outdoor activities in summer, the town is very attractive to guests. For your guests this means that they will not have to get bored spending their holiday in your bed and breakfast.

The ski area is only a few minutes driving from the bed and breakfast. It belongs to one of Austia´s largests ski areas. Of course there are also good facilities for cross country skiing, winter hiking, toboggan sledging and tourenskiing.

The village is approximately one hour drive from the airport which makes is easy for you and your guests to get there. In the town itself you will find everything needed. There is a supermarket, some restaurants, bars, a school, a bank and some sport shops.

The property was built in 1983 and has been well maintained since. The current owner has provided all necessities to the building. There are 7 guest rooms in total which all have shower and toilet. They have a very attractive atmosphere and are taken care of. Part of the rooms have access to the balcony from where you will enjoy great mountain views. The bathrooms are in good shape. There is a breakfast room with austrian stove providing nice radiant heat in winter and there is a small bar. The property is being heated by a gas central heating system. The owners apartment has a kitchen, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. You have access to the balcony from the owners´ apartment.

There are parking facilities next to the property. There is also a garage for your own car. It is possible to extend the bed and breakfast in order to create more rooms.
