Now for sale is this spacious holiday home in Hinterglemm! Hinterglemm is part of the ski area Skicircus Saalbach - Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn and has more than 280km of ski slopes. This large ski area offers slopes for children, beginners and advanced skiers. There are approx 40 restaurants and bars in the area so a nice break is never far away. Here you can enjoy the austrian specialities and end the day with a nice apres ski party. Even during the evening, it is possible to going skiing in part of the ski area that is opened until 9.30. Hinterglemm is a winter and summer destination. It is very snow certain during the snow machines and in summer you will enjoy the outdoor life. Walking, cycling, climbing, playing golf, swimming, horse riding, it is all within reach. The National Park High Tauern Mountains is nearby and Salzburg is also reachable within 1 hour drive. Here you can go shopping or visit one of the many historic buildings. The airport of Salzburg is one of the main airports for winter tourism.

This holiday home has the so called Zweitwohnsitz status. This means that you are allowed to just use the property for your own holidays. You are also allowed to let the house to tourists, but it is not obligatory. The property was built in 1977. It is being heated with electrical heating that takes energy during the night in combination with underfloor heating. There is an open fire place in the living room. The house is located at the south side of the mountain making it very sunny. The living room is spacious and offers access to the balcony. The house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a sauna as well. There is a garage.
