For sale in a summer and winter destination in the Austrian alps is this small bed and breakfast with 10 to 17 guestbeds in total. The property is located at walking distance of the town centre, but still at a quiet and sunny spot. Shops, restaurants, bars, schools, banks, etc are all at a stonethrow away. In this town, summer and winter are both vivid and interesting tourist destinations. The ski lift is approx 10min driving from the house. It is also a good starting point for cross country skiing, winter walking, tobogan sledging and ski mountaineering. In case your guests prefer to do something else than skiing, they can have a good time in town and in the surrounding towns.

The region is also attractive for summer tourism. The National Parc High Tauern Mountains fits perfect for walking, hiking, biking and mountainbiking. There is also a nice golf course, a thermal spa and there are several swimming lakes in the direct surroundings. Other villages and touristical attractions are found within 30min drive.

The hotel was built in 1969 and was renovated in 2000. It has been nicely furnished in an attractive austrian style. The cosy rooms have bright and modern bathrooms. The floors of the bed and breakfast are covered with ceramic tiles and with wooden floorings. There is a large breakfast room which is also available during the evenings for the guests to meet each other or to play games. Furthermore, there is a sauna with solarium and a fitness room in the basement. In summer, your guest will enjoy the heated outdoor pool and they can relax on the terrace of the B&B. The furniture can be stored in the garden shed. There are 7 parking lots and there is a carport.

At the moment, the property is run as a small scale pension with 10 beds.
