This bed and breakfast is for sale and is only a few minutes away from the town centre of a popular ski destination in the Austrian Alps. As there are also many tourist and outdoor activities in summer, the town has a very high level of occupancy. The bed and breakfast was built in 1632 and was a used as a farmhouse. The traditional arched roof in the reception area reminds us of this time. The property was renovated entirely in 1996 and is in good condition at the moment. The water and electricity pipes were renewed and so was the roof. Due to its layout it can be used as a bed and breakfast for 28 people or it can be used as an apartmenthouse with 8 apartments. The necessary license is available. It is also possible to rent it out to larger groups who cook for themselves which makes this traditional Austrian house a multi purpose property. The furniture of the house is nice and fits the charming Austrian character. The kitchen has all appliances and has everything needed to cook for 30 people. The floorings of the house are partly covered with tiles and partly with wood or laminate floorings. There is wireless internet throughout the property and the rooms all have tv. The bed and breakfast is offered for sale including the entire furniture. The garden is attractive for summer barbeques and for the children to play in in both summer and winter. There is a ski storage with ski shoe dryers for the guests. There are 9 parking lots in total.
