This spacious, traditional Austrian bed and breakfast with wunderful views and large plot. It is located at a quiet location, at the edge of St Martin am Tennengebirge. In winter, you and your guests will enjoy great wintersports. There are some ski lifts and slopes in St Martin for beginning skiers. In the direct environment of the bed and breakfast it is great for winter walking, a sleigh ride or go for a run at the tobogann sledge slope. Furthermore there is also a snow tubing track at walking distance of the property. In approx 10min drive you have the benefits of the larger ski area Dachstein West and in 20min drive you are in the famous ski area of Flachau.

In summer, St Martin is an attractive place for many outdoor activities. Close to the property there are many hiking and biking tracks and in St Martin you will find a nice natural outdoor swimming pool. Due to its short distance to the Tauern Motorway A10, many touristical daytours are nearby. Some examples are the castle at Hohenwerfen and the icecave in Werfen. There are golf courses in both Radstadt and in Goldegg. The Salzburger lakes are also at approx 30min drive and are a popular destination in summer. To the city of Mozart, Salzburg, it will take you about 45 min. Here you will also find the airport with many connections to several Britisch cities.

The bed and breakfast was built in 1980 and has 17 guest rooms with 38 beds in total. Very attractive is the large plot with garden, terrace with barbeque area, swimming pool and pond. Your guests can relax here in summer and the children can play in the snow in winter. The bed and breakfast is still up and running and can be continued immediately after taking over the business. There is a professional kitchen which allows you to provide your guests not only with breakfast but also with dinner. Over the last years, 3 bathrooms have been renovated and 2 hot water boilers were renewed. Part of the guest rooms have also been modernised. Most rooms have access to a balcony where your guests can enjoy the stunning views onto the surrounding mountains.

The owners apartment is spacious and has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a small office and a large living room. There is direct access to the garden from the apartment. Sufficient parking lots are available at the plot.
