For sale: former farmhouse in Ramingstein, at the border of Salzburg, Carinthia and the Styermark. This area is famous for its unspoilt nature and large variety of sports. The area is perfect for tour skiing and snow shoe hikes in winter. Skiing and cross country skiing are also possible. The ski area of Karneralm - Innerkrems - Schönfeld is only 15 min drive. The ski areas of Turrach, Katschberg and Mauterndorf are also reachable within 30min drive. The summer guarantees many wunderful hikes and MTB tours. The Nockalm tour is a high alpine pass that is not so famous as the Grossglockner pass but at least as beautiful as the Grossglockner tour. You will drive though the high alpine mountains with round peaks, the so called Nockalms. There is a supermarket in Ramingstein for your daily needs. Other shops are available in Tamsweg, only a few minutes from Ramingstein.

The house was built 300years ago, the original arches are still available in the basement. Part of the house has been renovated: the electricity power lines, the water pipes and the sewerage were completely renewed. About half of the house was renovated and has new laminate floorings. The property is divided into 2 apartments but it can of course also be used as a house. There is a garage next to the house and there is a stable. The stable can be used as such, but could also get another destination. Part of the meadows that belong to the property are momentarily rented out to one of the local farmers. Renting out the guests is possible with this house.
