Apartmenthouse Leogang Salzburg Austria

This apartmenthouse with four apartments and two guestrooms is for sale in the picturesque town of Leogang. It is situated at walking distance of the the town centre. Here you can enjoy all benefits from the superb skiing area of Leogang - Saalbach - Hinterglemm in combination with the relaxation of a country side and traditional austrian village. The distance to the ski lift (Asitz Bahn) is 2 km. It can be reached by car or by skibus. Other than skiing you can enjoy nice winter walks, cross country skiing, toboggan, horse sledging tour. In Leogang, there is a supermarket, a butcher, a bakery, a bank, some shops and restaurants. In summer, the region is very attractive for great walks, MTB, swimming, golf (2 golf courses within 10km), tennis, visiting one of the lakes of Saalfelden or Zell am See or go for a daytrip to Salzburg. The airport of Salzburg is at 80km and has connections (low price carriers) with many international destinations.

This apartmenthouse was built in 1971 and renovated in 1988. An extension with an extra holiday apartment was built in 1996. The heating boiler of the oil based central heating system was renewed in 2004. The house has some authentic Austrian details such as the comfortable Austrian bar in the cellar, partly wooden beam ceilings, an Austrian stove and of course the general look and feel of the building. There is a breakfastroom for 16 to 18 people. The apartmenthouse is facing south west and is therefore very sunny. From the balconies there is a great view onto the surrounding mountains. It is possible to enter the ski storage from the outside and there are ski shoe heaters. It is advised to adapt the house to the current standard.

In the past, the house was used as a bed and breakfast, it is well possible to do this again. Rental of apartments or rental of the entire property as a holiday home for larger groups or families is also a profitable possibility.
