Between Taxenbach and Bruck an der Großglockner you will find the small village of St Georgen where we can offer you this charming cottage for sale. St Georgen is a peaceful town with a bakery and some restaurants. However, at less than 10km drive there are the well known wintersport areas of Kaprun and Zell am See. Kaprun offers skiing between the late autumn and spring at the glacier the Kitzsteinhorn. The skiing area of Zell am See, Schmittenhöhe, will be connected soon with the skiing area of Saalbach Hinterglemm, enlarging the ski area with another 200km slopes.

Many great walking and biking tours can be done near the house. The river in Taxenbach is well known for rafting and golf courses can be found in Zell am See, Goldegg and Saalfelden. The Zell am See Lake is of course one of the highlights of the regions in summer and attracts many people to go swimming, surfing or do other watersports.

The chalet was renovated in 2007. Among others, a new kitchen was installed, the oil central heating system was replaced and laminate floorings were laid. It is possible to turn the toilet on the ground floor into a second bathroom, optimizing the property for renting out to guests. The garden behind the cottage is quiet and welcomes you to relax. 3 Parking lots belong to the house.
