The skiing area Königleiten - Gerlos - Zell am Ziller is both by car and by bus about 15min driving away. The family ski resort of Neukirchen only 5 minutes driving. Also, the area is ideal for skiing, winter hiking, sledding and other winter fun. Apres ski is directly on the slopes in Königsleiten or in one of the cozy restaurants or cafes of Wald. In summer, this area at the edge of the National Park Hohe Tauern is perfect for all outdoor sports such as hiking, cycling and MTB. A trip to the famous Krimmler Waterfalls is also only a stonethrow away, these are located approximately 5km from Wald. Wald has a swimming pool with outdoor pool and sauna.

This beautiful chalet was built in 2006, has beautiful mountain views and a sunny location. The basement has an underground garage, a nice sauna with rest room and also a space to store your ski equipment. Through a staircase to the ground floor you will get to the 2 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with a bunk bed and pull-out. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with bath, shower and 2 sinks and a bathroom with shower and sink. The toilet is separate. On the top floor is the living room and entrance. You can enjoy the beautiful views from both the living room and from the spacious terrace. The semi open kitchen with dishwasher, integrated fridge and electric cooker make it complete. Of course there is also a toilet on this floor. This chalet is on both the outside as on the inside finished with white painted walls and wooden doors and frames. The floor is wood or stone and every room is nicely finished.
