For sale near Bramberg is this well maintained detached house. Bramberg is located in the relatively quiet region called Oberpinzgau where tourism is combined with normal austrian life. Tourist facilities are very good however: the large and well known skiing area of Kitzbühel is only 2min drive from the property. The skiing area Wildkogel is approx 10min drive and has approx 60km slopes and ski lifts in both Neukirchen as in Bramberg. The longest tobogan sledge track is also here. In the valley you can enjoy cross country skiing or take a nice winter walk with stunning views on the surrounding mountains. In summer, the region has a lot to offer: it is good cycling in the valley or on one of the mountainbike tracks on the mountain. There is a small train connecting all villages in the valley and making it possible to cycle one way and take the train back home. The closest golf course is in Mittersill, there is a swimming lake in Hollersbach, a thermal spa in Kaprun, europes largest waterfalls in Krimml, etc.

This holiday residence was built in 1986 and is in good condition. The ground and lower floor have tiled floorings with underfloor heating on the ground floor. The lower floor offers a nice bar with traditional austrian stove. Here you can enjoy the evenings after being the day out in the snow. There is a second austrian stove in the spacious living room. This offers nice and healty radiant heat.  The large terrace is facing south and offers great views into the wide valley an into the surrounding mountains. The spacious bedrooms both have a bathrooms ensuite. The holiday house has been wel maintained. In 2013, the outside of the property has been painted, and in 2014 the operating system of the heating has been installed. The house has a garage with entrance to the living area of the house. The garden has been well maintained and is facing south.
