New build chalets in Rußbach am Paß Gschütt Salzburg Austria

For sale: three new build chalets with 4 bedrooms in the traditional austrian village of Rußbach am Paß Gschütt. Rußbach is one of the villages directly connected to the Dachstein West skiing area. The ski lift is only a 5 minute drive from the development. The skiing area has 77km connected slopes and is a perfect family skiing area. The total Dachstein West skiing area has more than 160km slopes, for all levels of skiers. The area is also great for snowboarders, and cross country skiers will find many tracks in the valley. There are also winter walking path for those who prefer to enjoy the fresh winter air by foot. In summer, the area is well known for its walking and mountainbiking facilities and for the Dachstein glacier of course. Rußbach has a nature pool with waterpark to cool down and relax on a hot summer day. Or you can visit one of the lakes of the Salzkammergut, not more than 30min driving away. The excellent quality is clearly shown in the plastic-aluminum window fences, beautiful wooden floorings, and heating through infrared elements. The exterior of the ground floor can be implemented in larch wood or white plaster. Type A is sauna-prepared, while type B has a garage. Both types have a place for a kachelofen, an austrian stove. From the garden you can enjoy a fantastic view on the surrounding mountains and the ski-slopes of the Dachstein West ski area.

Building of the property will start after one of the chalets has been sold. Minor adjustments can be taken into account. Handing over of the house will approximately 5 months after building has started.
