This 2-room holiday apartment has now come for sale in Kaprun. Kaprun is one of the famoust skiing areas of Austria, especially as it has a glacier where you can also go skiing in Summer. Other skiing areas are the Maiskogel (walking distance of the apartments) and the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See (10min drive). To the lively town centre of Kaprun, it is only 5 min walk from the apartments. Here, you will find everything for a great apres ski (bars, restaurants, night club) or for a relaxing evening out. Kaprun is also in Summer a place to be. During the warm summer days, you can take one of the ski lifts up into the mountains and enjoy a great walk, go cycling or horse riding. The lake of Zell am See attracts many people who like to go swimming, surfing, sailing or fishing. The nearest golf course is only a few minutes away: between Kaprun and Zell am See there is a lovely 18-holes golf course. The new Tauern Spa in Kaprun offers everything you need to relax after a day out in the fresh air or to even spend you day!

This holiday apartment is located at the first floor of a building with several apartments. It was built in 1974 and has an elevator. The living room and the bedroom are both spacious. In the bathroom there is a tub with shower. The furniture is simple but can of course be adapted to your own taste. From the balcony, you will enjoy great views on the surrounding mountains. There is an indoor swimming pool in the house next door that is co owned by the owners of this building. Meaning that you and your guests can go an take a dive any time you like. The swimming pool has just been renovated. There is a ski storage and bike storage in the building. A parking lot in the underground garage belongs to the apartment.

The apartment has an official holiday residency statement, so it is allowed to use it just for your own holidays. It is also allowed to rent it out to tourists.
