Lend is very central in the Ski Amade area, the closest skiing area is Dorfgastein at approx 10min drive. The skiing areas of St Johann Alpendorf and Zell am See - Kaprun are also within 30min drive. The house was built in 1937. Through continuous improvements the house is still in good condition. Part of the window fences have been renewed in 1990 and part in 2004. Part of the house got outside isolation and the bathrooms were renewed. The first floor of the house is build with massive bricks, the upperside is made of wood. The wooden parquet floorings and the austrian stove in the living rooms give the house a real austrian breath. The property is heated through the stove and a central heating system on gas.
