This large holiday home with extra apartment is for sale. It is located in one of the most famous wintersports towns of Austria, Königsleiten. Together with Gerlos and Zell am Ziller, Königsleiten is the Zillertalarena. Very good skiing conditions are offered: 166km of slopes and 50 modern lifts. The village is located at 1,600m height and is developed around wintersports. Everything is at walking distance: ski slopes, ski courses, bars, restaurants, supermarket, bank, wintersports shop, ski rental, etc.. In summer, Königsleiten has great walking facilities and of course, part of the ski lifts are opened.

The holiday residence is located quietly next to the forest. However, it is only 200m to the ski slopes. Perfect for those who want to combine the quietness of the high alps with the lively wintersport that the austrian top resorts offer.

The house was built in 1978 and is renovated in 2003. It is therefore in very good condition. The holiday home has a true alpine look and feel, both on the outside and inside of the house. There are for example bright wooden ceilings and floorings and there is a real austrian stove in the living room. The country style kitchen is equiped with good quality appiances. The bathrooms are modern, one of them has a tub. The house is heated with pellets heating. Small pieces of wood are being burned in the heating boiler and the heat is transported through the central heating system to the rooms. A very good and efficient way of heating. From the garden you look into the woods, where it will definitely be possible to see deer or squirrels in the early morning!
