This holiday cottage that is located in the well known skiing area of Maria Alm - Dienten - Mühlbach am Hochkönig is for sale. The ski lift is only 300m from the holiday house and is the entrance to the Hochkönig skiing area with 150km ski slopes in total. The area is also great for other winter sports like cross country skiing, ski tours or winter walking. The house is build against the sloping mountains, offering great views of the Hochkönig and other surrouning mountains.

In summer, Maria Alm Hinterthal is a true hiking and mountainbike paradise. Here you will find unspoiled nature. However, there are also traditional austrian villages nearby offering nice restaurants, a variety of shops and supermarkets. Maria Alm for example is only a few miles and has its own golf course. Saalfelden is also within reach and offers a greater variety of shops, banks, etc. A lot of touristical trips are to be explored: the city of Salzburg, Zell am See, etc. 

The closest airport is in Salzburg with flights to most major brittish cities.

The house was built in the sixties. In 1983 there has been made an extension of the house. The holiday home has 2 floors and has an electrical heating system. There is also a traditional austrian stove spreading a nice radiant heat. The living room and bathroom have underfloor heating as well. The holiday cottage will be sold including all furniture.
