This well maintained country house is located between the villages Eben and Hüttau and is for sale. The location against the mountain assures a free view and accomodates the optimal layout of the rooms. The house is located near the A10 Tauern Motorway, making skiing areas, swimming lakes, golf courses and even the cultural capital Salzburg and its airport within reach. The skiing areas of Ski Amade, Obertauern, Schladming and Planai and Dachstein West are all within 10 to 30min drive. One of the nearby swimming lakes is in Eben, a few minutes by car or bike. Nearby alpine golf courses are in Radstadt and in Goldegg. Supermarkets and other shops are a few minutes by car (or bike). De city of Salzburg with the birht house of Mozart and the fortress Hohensalzburg are only half an hour away. The closest airport is Salzburg airport with good connections to the major brittish cities, in Summer and Winter.

The country house was built in 2002. High quality materials were used building the house: Sölke marble floorings (from Austria), wooden floorings, plastic-alu window fences, solid wooden doors, nice wooden beams in the ceiling, wall and underfloorheating, etc.. There is a modern kitchen with all appliances necessary. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The living room has access the a large terrace (facing south west) and to the garden (facing west). The garden is nicely landscaped and offers a lot of privacy. Downstairs, there are 2 double garages.
