In the cozy Austrian town Abtenau we offer you this well maintained bed and breakfast with 30 beds for sale. Here your guests can enjoy the winter: Abtenau has its own ski area with 10km of slopes and it lies next to the famous Dachstein West ski area with places Gosau, Russbach and Annaberg. Cross-country skiing is also possible with beautiful views from the trail that lies at 1200m altitude. Abtenau has 6000 inhabitants, many amenities such as restaurants, bars, a cinema, schools, banks, etc. are just a few minutes walk away from the pension. Also in the summer Abtenau is an attractive village. Your guests can enjoy hiking, biking, relaxing by the pool at the guest house, etc. Due to the central location, the city of Salzburg is only 30min drive and the lakes of the Salzkammergut (eg Wolfgangsee) are within 30min drive.

The guest house was built in 1978 and is in good condition due to continuous renovations. All rooms have an own bathroom with shower and toilet and a large part of the rooms have balcony access. The balcony is focused on the East. There is a swimming pool in the garden where guests can relax in summer.  The rooms are carpeted and neatly groomed. The breakfast room offers enough space for all your guests. It might be possible to not only serve breakfast but also offer half board. The breakfast room is in the basement but has large windows due to the sloping of the mountain. There is a garage at the house with space for 5 cars. The guest house is currently in use as a bed and breakfast and can be continued directly.

Most of the rooms and apartments have access to a balcony.
