These 3-room apartments are for sale in a small development in Kaprun. Kaprun is well known for its glacier ski (Kitzsteinhorn) which allows summer skiing as well. In addition there are the ski Maiskogel (1.5 km) and the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See (approx 10km). Many cafes, restaurants and nightclubs are available for a fun apres ski. Within walking distance you will also find a wide choice of shops. In summer, Kaprun is also a lively and cozy holiday resort. The lift of the Maiskogel also then brings you up the mountain to enjoy walking, cycling or horse riding.

Zell am See-Kaprun is the only resort in the region where you can ski (Kitzsteinhorn Glacier) in the morning and swimm in the lake of Zell am See in the afternoon. Besides swimming, the lake is also perfect for sailing, rowing, fishing, surfing etc.. For golf lovers there is a beautiful 18-hole golf course between Kaprun and Zell am See. Within 30min drive there is another 2 golf courses (Mittersill and Saalfelden). And if you are looking for real relaxation, you should visit the new Tauern Spa in Kaprun, with swimming pool, thermal water, sauna, massage, etc.

Kaprun is easy to reach. The nearest airport is Salzburg located 90km from the apartment. Renting a car is possible on the airport, the rental companies are all within 3 min walk. Zell am See also has a train station from where you can take the bus to Kaprun.

The development is located on a small hill, which offers great views onto the valley and the Kitzsteinhorn. The bus to the skiing areas stops at 200m from the house and the town is only 700m, a 10min walk.

This small construction project has a total of 5 apartments, 4 apartments with 3 rooms. The two apartments on the ground floor have a large terrace (20m2 and 34m2) and 2 apartments on the first floor have a balcony (9m2 and 14m2). The apartments are located on the southeast. The floors are of a high quality oak parquet flooring and have underfloor heating. In the bathroom and the toilet is high quality sanitary (Laufen and Grohe) used. The window frames are made of a combination of wood and aluminum with triple glazed windows for optimum insulation. Each apartment has two parking spaces including one with a carport.
