This beautiful bed and breakfast is now for sale in Filzmoos Neuberg, at close distance to the ski slopes. Filzmoos Neuberg is only a few minutes drive from Filzmoos with shops and restaurants. Many activities can be done in this well known wintersports town: in the winter skiing, cross country skiing, ice skating, (snow shoe)-walking, ice climbing, etc. In the summer there is walking, cycling (MTB), golf, swimming, rafting, or even summer skiing on the Dachstein Glacier! As there is a Hauben restaurant (similar to Michelin stars), Filzmoos is not only a top winter location but also a gastronomical top resort. Due to its location close to the A10 Motorway, Filzmoos is very easy to reach.

In a quiet cul de sac, directly next to the ski slope of Filzmoos Neuberg, you find this nice pension. Built in 1984 and kept in a very good condition. The underfloor heating in combination with the austrian stove (Kachelofen) take care of a very comfortable heat in the house. The guest rooms and the owners apartment have a lot of light wood which give a very warm and welcoming feeling.

The private apartment is at the ground floor and has a size of approx 70sqm: entrance, kitchen and dining area (NEW KITCHEN!), living room with tiled stove, another stove in the kitchen with heating for warm water, bedroom, bathroom with shower and tub, double washbasin, toilet. 

There is a breakfast room for the guest. Furthermore, there is also a small kitchen that can be used by the guests. The terrace at the first floor could be made into a conservatory to enjoy the winter sun.
