This small guesthouse is for sale. It is located in the town centre of Hüttau. Huttau has 1600 inhabitants and all the amenities for daily necessities such as a supermarket, several restaurants, bars, a bank and a school. With the A10 Tauern motorway nearby the other towns and cities of Salzburg can be easily reached.

The nearest ski area is in Eben. The Monte Popolo ski area with 25km of slopes is about 10min drive from the inn. The other ski areas of the Ski Amade such as Flachau, St Johann, Mühlbach and Schladming are easily accessible. Also in the summer Huttau is a lovely central location. There are walking and cycling facilities in the immediate area, golf courses are in Radstadt, Salzburg or Goldegg and many trips are nearby: the ice caves of Werfenweng, the Liechtenstein at St Johann, the city of Salzburg, Carinthia's lakes are just a few possibilities. Who loves the small scale of an alpine village is at the right place here!

The inn was built in 1948 and renovated and extended in 1983. At that time, the restaurant and bar were built and it got a sauna for the guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and can be used directly after taking over the guest house. The restaurant and bar have a total of about 50 seats, the terrace has another 30 seats.

The apartments are suitable for 2 to 6 people and all have balconies. They are simply but pleasantly furnished. The double room also has access to a balcony. The property owners apartment is on the 2nd floor and has a living room and two bedrooms with balcony access.
