Gargellen is not only known for skiing and snowboarding by winter sports enthusiasts, but also for ski tours where you climb the mountain and ski downhill on the slopes or off piste. Cross-country skiers and winter hikers will also enjoy a visit to the health resort. In summer Gargellen a great destination for hiking, climbing, trout fishing, mountain biking, etc.. At short distance from the apartment there is also a beautiful golf course, several swimming pools and not to mention the Silvretta Hochalpstrasse: one of the most impressing mountain passes of Austria. Shopping facilities are very nearby: there is a supermarket, a bar and a sportshop at the ground floor of the building.

This holiday apartment is built in 1974 and is in good condition. The building has an elevator which brings you to the apartment easily. This holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers beautiful views into the surrounding mountains. The furniture of the apartment is of a simple standard, this can of course be customize to your liking. Heating of the apartment is via electric heating that charges overnight (at a cheaper rate). The apartment include a basement storage room and private parking. This apartment is a so-called Zweitwohnsitz which means it is a holiday apartment: you are therefore allowed to only spend your own holidays there but also to rent it out to other tourists (or a combination).
