Here you can enjoy wintersports: 200km slopes in the skiing area that connects Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang. Cross country skiing, toboggan and relaxing and infinite apres ski in one of the many bars and restaurants of Saalbach. The town centre where you will also find some attractive shops, is only 10min walk from the apartment. The skibus stops right in front of the building and takes you to the ski lift in a few minutes. In the afternoon, it is possible to ski back to 250m from the apartment. In summer, Saalbach is a great holiday destination: walking, hikes, cycletours and several golf courses in the area, a daytour to Salzburg or Zell am See, or simply relax and enjoy the mountain atmosphere.

The apartment building in which this holiday apartement is located has been well maintained. The window fences and the balcony doors have been renewed and the sauna area has been renovated 3 years ago. The apartment itself was renovated as well: it got a new kitchen and bathroom and the floorings have been renewed (laminate). The apartment is located at the first floor and has a large balcony facing south. It will be sold complety furnished, except for the double bed, the DVD player and the tv.
