The ski areas nearby: Zell am See - Kaprun at 10min drive and Hollersbach - Kitzbühel at 20min drive. The location is perfect for cross country skiing or for a nice and refreshing winter walk. In summer, it is possible to make a nice walk in the valley or up into the mountains, to take a ride with your mountainbike or go for horse riding. There is a golf course in both Mittersill and Zell am See. There are several shops to buy the daily needs: e.g. a supermarket, a bakery, a drugstore, but also some nice restaurants to go for lunch or dinner. Niedernsill is well reachable with public transport: the train takes you to Zell am See where you get into a regional line that takes you not only to Niedernsill but also to the city of Mittersill or to the ski lift in Hollersbach.

The house is heated by a heat pump (using the warmth of the earth to heat the house), supplemented by solar energy and an austrian stove with small wooden parts that are burned. These are all very envirenmental friendly ways of heating. Furthermore the house has 3 doubled windows, the house is very well isolated and the underfloor heating takes care of very high comfort in living. High qualily tiles are used in all rooms and there is a design kitchen. You will not need a key to enter the house as a finger scan gives you access to your new dreamhouse!
