House Radstadt Salzburgerland

Traditional country style house, located at walking distance of the old town centre of Radstadt. It has a variety of shops, banks, restaurants and bars. The skilift and golf course of Radstadt are at a few minutes drive. The skiing area of Radstadt - Altenmarkt has 20km of slopes. Larger skiing areas are surrounding Radstadt: approx 15min to Flachau (100km), Zauchensee (approx 50km), Obertauern (110km) and Schladming (150km). The surroundings of the city are perfect for cross country skiing, winter walking, tobogan and many other activities. The new thermal spa in Altenmarkt is worth a visit both in winter and summer: it has not only several spa bassins but also an extremely exiting slide with a looping! For a more relaxed summer day, Radstadt is the perfect starting point for walking, cycling, a visit to Salzburg, a jump into the warm lakes of Carinthia or even a quick visit to the adriatic coast (approx 3 hrs drive).

The basement and the ground floor are build out of stone, the first floor is made of wood. The house was built in 1962 and has been renovated coninuously. New isolation has been installed in 2000 and the roof has been renovated. In 2005 the central heating system has been put into the house (bases on pellets heating: a system with small wooden pieces that are transported into the system automatically and than being burned). The inside furnishing of the house is functionally fine, but might be adapted to ones own personal wishes. The garden is small but offers great views into both the mountains and into the town. It has fruit trees in it. There is a parking lot belonging to the house.

Layout: Basement: laundry kitchen, storage, heating system. Ground floor: entrance, toilet, storage, dining kitchen, 2 rooms. First floor: hall, bathroom with shower and toilet, 3 bedrooms of which 1 has access to the balcony. A parking lot belongs to the house.
