Only a few minutes from Eben is the location of this beautiful project with 10 apartments. Next to the building, there is a restaurant, a variety of shops and restaurants can be found in Eben. It takes approx 10min by car to the skiing areas of Flachau, Flachauwinkl and Zauchensee. Eben itself has a small skiing area. The skiing areas of Obertauern and Schladming are at 20 to 25min. The apartment is located close to the Tauern Motorway (which doesn't give noise) which makes it easy to get to e.g. Salzburg (30min) or to go for a daytrip. Other than skiing this region is excellent for walking, cycling, swimming (lakes), cross country skiing and golf. Furthermore, a new thermal bath is being build in Altenmarkt.

The building was finished end of 2009 so the apartment can be handed over directly. Very high quality materials have been used: the apartment is of a very high standard. A combination of solar-energy and community organic heating makes the apartment very energy efficient and environmental friendly. The apartment has underfloor heating.
