House Hüttau Salzburgerland

This house is located just outside Hüttau, next to the road from Pöham to Hüttau. It takes approx 10min driving to Bischofshofen. It has a very central location which offers many possibilities: Salzburg is only 30min drive, skiing in several areas (Eben at 5min, Altenmarkt at 5min, Falchau at 15min, St Johann Alpendorf at 15 min, Mühlbach Hochkönig at 15-20min, etc), sportfacilities such as walking, biking and golf (Goldegg, Radstadt).

The house was built in the sixties. It has a wooden floor in the living room and a sauna in the basement. The house has wooden window fences. There is a stove in the living room; every closed stove can be connected.

Layout: Basement: sauna, bathroom, storage. Ground floor: entrance, kitchen with dining area, toilet, storage, small conservatory, living room. 1st Floor: hall, cabinet (which could be turned into a bathroom), 2 bedrooms.
