Luxurious apartment in the heart of Wagrain. The ski lift is only 500m from the house, a ski bus stops in front of the house. The skiing area of Wagrain is in the middle of the Ski Amade skiing area and is connected with St Johann im Pongau and Flachau. It is approx 10min drive (either bus or car) to the skiing area of Kleinarl - Flachauwinkl - Zauchensee. In summer, Wagrain offers a very nice swimming pool (Wasserwelt Amade), a golf course and many hiking and biking paths.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and was built in 2008-2009. It has a marble floor with underfloor heating. For heating, the apartment is connected to town heating, a biological and efficient way of heating. There is a large balcony, facing south-east. The apartment will be handed over completely furnished. There is a rental organisation in the house who can take care of rental, although this is not obligatory. In the past, apartments in the building were rented out 130 days during the winter.
