This beautiful holiday home is located at only 400m from the ski slopes in Maria Alm Hinterthal. The village is well known for its good skiing facilities (150km connected slopes) and nice atmosphere. In summer, it offers good walking, mountain biking, hiking in the mountains or tennis. Maria Alm has its own heated outdoor swimming pool and 18 holes golf course. For shopping you can go to Saalfelden (10km). The house is located between other high standard and typical austrian holiday homes.

The country house was built in 1983 and is in a very good shape. Due to the use of wood the house has a traditional atmosphere. The terrace (south facing) offers great views into the surrounding mountains. The house is heated through electrical floor heating and additionally has 2 austrian stoves (Kachelofen) which spread a very pleasant warmth. The house has 2 floors: it can be used as 1 but also by 2 families as it has 2 living rooms and kitchens. It has a sauna with shower. Connected to the house is a garage and more parking lots are in front of the house. The country house is located in an official second residency area.

Layout: ground floor: sauna with shower, storage, hall, 2 bedrooms with own bathroom, living area with kitchen area and access to the garden and the terrace. First floor: entrance, hall, toilet, living room with kitchen and dining area and access to the balcony, storage, bedroom with bathroom. A garage and separate ski storage is next to the house. Extra parking lots are in front of the house.
