Beautiful holiday apartment at a few minutes drive from the ski lift in the well known wintersports area in Saalbach Hinterglemm. The ski bus stops near the house and takes you to the extended skiing area Saalbach - Hinterglemm - Leogang in only a few minutes. The centre of Saalbach is a few minutes drive. Here you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. The Glemmtal also offers great sport facilities such as cross country skiing, winter walking, toboggan, etc. In summer you can take the lift up the mountain and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Golf courses are found in Saalfelden and in Zell am See.

This holiday residency has 4 apartments in total and was built in 2001. This apartment is located at the ground floor and the bedrooms are at the lower floor. It is in a good condition. The balcony is facing south west and offers great views into the surrounding mountains. The apartment will be sold including furniture. Floorings are made of tiles in the living room and laminate in the bedrooms. There is a sauna in the building. The apartment is located in an official holiday residence area (Zweitwohnsitz) which means that you are allowed to either use it yourself or rent it out touristically.
