This apartment house is located at the town edge of Radstadt, next to the ski lift and the golf course. To Obertauern, where you can ski from November through Mai, it is 15min drive by car or by bus. In Summer, Radstadt and its surroundings are perfect for walking and cycling (both valley and mountain), swimming, playing golf, horse riding, etc. There is a new thermal spa in Altenmarkt, at only 5-10min drive. Salzburg (airport and city) are approx 45min from the apartment house. Radstadt has a nice town centre with many shops, restaurants and terraces.

The house was built in 1982 and has been renovated in 2009. Renewed were: bathrooms, floorings, new heating elements, new boilers, partly new kitchens, partly new furniture. The house has also been painted. In totally there are 5 apartments for 2 to 10 people: 1 1-bed apt, 2 2-bed apts, 1 3 bed apt and 1 4-bed apt. The furniture has mostly been renewed and the house is ready to be rented out. There is a sauna and solarium for the guests. All apartments have their own balcony.

Ground floor: entrance, 1 1- bed apt, 2 2-bed apts. 1st Floor: 1 4-bed apt. 2nd Floor: 1 3-bed apt. There are parking lots in front of the house of which some belong to the house and some can be rented.
