Semi-detached house in the well known wintersport town Kaprun. The house is only a few minutes walk from the town centre and from the Lechnerberg, the smallest skiing area of the town. Kaprun is well known for its glacier skiing area (4km) but also has a second skiing area Maiskogel. A third skiing area is the Zell am See skiing area (6km) which is literally around the corner. The centre of Kaprun is famous for its apres ski, the many lively restaurants and nice shops. Kaprun is one of the austrian villages where summer is also very lively. There is good walking and hiking and of course the Zell am See lake attracts many summer tourists. There is a 18 holes golf course between Zell am See and Kaprun. The new Tauern Spa in Kaprun offers everything you need to relax after a great outdoor day.
