Traditional austrian house at a sunny and quiet location just outside the well known town Wald im Pinzgau. The skiing area of Königsleiten - Gerlos - Zell am Ziller is at 15min driving, either by skibus or by car. The skiing area of Neukirchen is only 5min drive. Wald has excellent conditions for cross country skiing, winterwalking, tobogan and other winteractivities. Apres ski is possible directly at the slopes in Königsleiten or in one of the traditional guest houses or bars in Wald. Located next to the National Park High Tauern Wald is perfect for walking, cycling and MTB. A trip to the Krimmler Waterfalls is only 5min away. Wald has its own swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) with sauna area.

The house was built in 1983 in a traditional austrian style. The living room at the ground floor has a small conservatory with direct access to the garden that faces south. From the sunny garden, there are fantastic views into the surrounding mountains. Both floors have their own bathroom and kitchen and can therefore be used by 2 families. The living room at the ground floor has a traditional tiled stove (Kachelofen) which spreads a very nice warmth. There is a garage next to the house.
