Luxurious country house, located just outside one of the most beautiful villages of Austria, Radstadt. In the town centre there are many nice shops, restaurants and cafes. Radstadt is perfect for skiing: Radstadt has approx 20km slopes, Obertauern is 20min drive and has 100km slopes (from November until Mai) and Schladming is 15min drive and has 125km slopes. The golf course of Radstadt is at a few minutes drive at a very sunny location and with nice mountain views. In Summer, Radstadt and its surroundings are perfect for walking and cycling (both valley and mountain), swimming, playing golf, horse riding, etc. There is a new thermal spa in Altenmarkt, at only 5-10min drive. Salzburg (airport and city) are approx 45min from the house.

The house was built in 2011 and is as good as new. High quality materials were used and due to the visible wooden roof beams and the austrian stove, the house has a modern austrian style. The kitchen is modern and equipped with all appliances. There are wooden parquet floorings in the living room and in the bedrooms, tiles in the other rooms. One of the bathrooms has a sauna and a whirlpool. The large terrace offers great views into the surrounding mountains. Water comes from its own source. The house can be handed over from February 2013.
