The skiing area of Maria Alm (Natrun) is close to the house, the larger skiing area with 150km slopes is easy to reach by car or bus. This is the Hochkönig skiing area with 150km slopes and where you can ski to Maria Alm Hintermoos and Hinterthal and to Dienten and Mühlbach.The skiing areas of Leogang-Saalbach-Hinterglemm are 15min driving, to Zell am See it is 20min. Summer offers a lot of activities: walking, cycling, swimming (own pool in Maria Alm) and golf (3 golf courses at 2, 7 and 20km). As Maria Alm has a central location, towns as Leogang, Saalbach, Zell am See and Lofer are withing 30min drive.
