Traditional austrian apartment house with 8 apartments and 2 staff rooms in total at the west side of the well known village Wald Im Pinzgau. The skiing area of Königsleiten - Gerlos - Zell am Ziller is at 15min driving, either by skibus or by car. The skiing area of Neukirchen is only 5min drive. Wald has excellent conditions for cross country skiing, winterwalking, tobogan and other winteractivities. Apres ski is possible directly at the slopes in Königsleiten or in one of the traditional guest houses or bars in Wald. Located next to the National Park High Tauern Wald is perfect for walking, cycling and MTB. A trip to the Krimmler Waterfalls is only 5min away. Wald has its own swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) with sauna area.

The house was built in the 70's and is in good condition. Each apartment has access to a terrace of balcony and offer you nice views into the mountains as it is build against the mountain. The apartments are all made for 3 or 4 persons and there are 24 beds in total. They all have a kitchen, bathroom with tub of shower and toilet. Size of the apartments varies from 35 to 45sqm. Furthermore there are 2 personnel rooms with own shower and toilet and there is a small office. The house has a boiler with 400liter for the warm water and a tank with 9000liter oil.
