Bed and Breakfast in the centre of Zell am See. The lake is only 200m from the house, the pedestrian zone is at walking distance. The ski lift is a few minutes by car or by bus. This unique but quiet location offers great possibilities to your guests: in summer they can go swimming, walking, cycling, surfing, sailing, rafting, climbing, playing golf (nearest golf course between Zell am See and Kaprun), but also a day trip to Salzburg, the Krimmler Waterfalls or drive the Großglockner. In winter there is great skiing in Zell am Sees own skiing area with 70km slopes or in one of the surrounding skiing areas like Kaprun or Saalbach. Other sports in the direct environment: cross country skiing, ice skating (indoor or outdoor), toboggan, walking or horse riding. The nearest airport is Salzburg and Zell am See has its own train station.

The Bed and Breakfast with 20 beds was built in 1960 and due to continues renovation it is in good condition. It has been newly isolated and all guest rooms are bright and modern. Each room has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Part of the rooms have a balcony. All rooms are equipped with cable tv. In total there are 6 double rooms and 2 family rooms for 4 persons which have their own cooking facility and balcony. There are 2 additional guest rooms in the basement, they are only used in summer while they are a bit cool in winter. 3 Parking lots belong to the Bed and Breakfast, extra parking lots can be rented. The owners apartment has a size of 70sqm. The house is heated with gas.
