Very good skiing conditions are offered: 166km of slopes and 50 modern lifts. The village is located at 1,600m height and is developed around wintersports. Everything is at walking distance: ski slopes, ski courses, bars, restaurants, supermarket, bank, wintersports shop, ski rental, etc.. In summer, Königsleiten has great walking facilities and of course, part of the ski lifts are opened.

This small development exist of 8 holiday apartments. It is an existing building that will be completely renovated. The apartments will be handed over ready to use (excluding furniture): including a kitchen (worth 5,000euro), floorings (laminate, parquet is possible) and sanitary. Apt nr 8 on the first floor has a high roof with wooden roof construction. The terraces face south. Each apartment is handed over with carport and extra parking lot. As the apartments are so called Zweitwohnsitz you are allowed to either just use it for yourself and your family or to rent it out (no obligation).
