This guest house is located in the sunny and snow certain St Michael im Lungau, just south of the High Tauern mountains. Summer is under southern influence en the winters are long and snow certain, due to altitude (1.050m). St Michael is a nice and touristic village with access to 2 skiing areas: Katschberg with 70km slopes and good apres ski and Grosseck Speiereck with 50km slopes and traditional small mountain restaurants. Due to altitude, cross country skiing is very good and of course winter walking is also a perfect way of spending your day in the snow. In summer, St Michael offers good walking, cycling, tennis, golf (only 1km from the house), swimming, horse riding etc. The village has a variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.

The guest house is more than 400 years old. Due to continuous renovations it is still in good condition: the roof has been renewed some years ago, kitchen appliances have recently been renewed and guest rooms are being improved continuously. There are 2 restaurants with a total of 80 chairs. Outside there is a nice terrace and there are approximately 14 parking lots in total. The skibus stops directly behind the house. When there is enough snow the guest can ski back to the house. The cross country track is also directly next to the house. The new owner can take over the guest house and start immediately as it is fully furnished and ready to be continued. Due to its location not only the winter offers good potential but the summer does as well. The owners apartment has 90sqm, divided into a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 large rooms.
