For sale: luxurious new built chalet close to Murau on only a few minutes drive of the skiing area the Kreischberg. With across the street an already existing vacationpark with 14 chalets and a adjacent alpaca zoo, both of the same owner as the new park will be. These locals will also organize the rental of these new chalets, why also good rental revenues are expected for this new built park. As expected they will start building in springtime and the delivery is scheduled for December 2022.

The high quality chalets of larchwood (hardwood) will have low maintenance and have a living surface of approx 121 m2. All of them will have 4 bedrooms and one by one they have a spacious terrace towards the west. The chalets will be heated by a kachelofen, with extra infrared heating in the bedrooms and underfloor heating in the bathroom. In the living room and bedrooms are wooden parket floorings, in the remaining rooms are high quality tiles. A parking lot under a carport with electric charger is included in the price, there is also an option for a second parking lot. You can establish the chalet yourself, but of course there are also packages available for the establishment, if you need some help for that. In the bathroom is space for a sauna, as well as a whirlpool can be placed here.
